PELLET MANUFACTURING PLANT FOR SMALL BUSINESS DOES NOT REQUIRE GREAT INVESTMENT

The plant for the production of pellets requires little investment, but brings great profits. After all, an alternative fuel is being produced at the pellet plant. Energy has always been in high demand at all times. A business in the energy industry is always more likely to succeed and prosper. Pellets today are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative fuel. It is produced through the processing of waste wood and not only. The demand for pellets is growing every day. Wholesale price 1t. pellet fuel starts at $ 110. Each plant for the production or processing of raw materials must be purchased. For the production of pellets, wood sawdust, straw, sunflower husk, etc. are used as raw materials. It will take 7.4 cubic meters of sawdust to produce one ton of fuel pellets by the pellet mill. The cost of raw materials is $ 5 per cube (on the terms of shipment at own expense). We get gross profit: $ 110 – ($ 5 * 7.4) = $ 73, and this is from a ton of alternative fuel alone. Even taking into account all costs (electricity, salary, packaging, transportation), business profitability remains above 100%. The profitability of a pellet plant is one of the highest compared to other types of waste management businesses. The market of pellets covers more and more consumer spheres. After all, solid fuel pellets are already actively used today: for space heating, power generation at power plants, and are also beginning to be used as an alternative to liquid fuel for trucks using gas generators. The business idea for the production of pellet pellets is a whole energy industry that can be implemented with minimal investment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         QUALITY PELLETS SHOULD BE MADE AT THE PLANT
The production process of pellets. To start the factory production of pellets, you should study the technology. Pellets were invented in the middle of the last century. Rudolf Gunnerman came up with them. They were looking for a solution to reduce the cost of removing waste from their sawmill. And I decided to press the sawdust right at the factory before export, in order to reduce the volume of waste several times. But it turned out that the pressed sawdust and chips burn much better and more efficiently than ordinary wood. Due to the high rates of flammability, the calorific value of pellets is 2.5 times higher. The more carbon in wood fuel, the higher its calorific value. The fact is that ordinary untreated wood, in addition to combustible carbon in cellulose molecules, also contains a significant amount of hydrogen and oxygen. And when the tree is crushed, the cellulose molecules are destroyed and the hydrogen atoms, oxygen from it goes in the form of volatile gases. Another significant advantage of wood pellet pellets is the combustibility of the material. When burning, wood loses 85% of its mass in the form of volatile gases, the remaining 15% is ash. And during the combustion, ash pellets remain only 0.75-1.5% (almost 20 times less), depending on the raw materials from which they are produced. It is also important to note that the pellets contain 2 times less moisture than wood. In the process of production under high pressure pellets are heated to 110 degrees Celsius, which allows halving the moisture content. In addition, due to the pressing, pellets have a higher density than wood. Check this fact is very easy. The tree, as it is known in the water does not sink, floating on the surface, and pellet granules made from sawdust, stone go to the bottom. It also explains why much less heat is produced from a smaller amount of granulated fuel when burned than with wood. In fact, pellets are combustible fuel, which is gaining great popularity during the energy crisis. It has its own features such as: high fuel safety, low cost and other advantages.                                                                                               TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF PELLET FOR SMALL PLANT
Pellet cylinders from the pelleting press.
The pellet business is a recycling plant. To deal with waste recycling is relevant, profitable and humane. It is especially beneficial if recycling waste into fuel is safe for the environment. The plant can produce pellets from various types of raw materials: sawdust, shavings, bark, straw, sunflower husks, dried corn stalks, etc. Of course, pellet granules may differ in their characteristic properties depending on the raw materials from which they are produced. The main indicator affecting the cost of wood pellets is the percentage of ash. The higher the percentage of ash, the lower the cost of granulated wood. The production technology of pellets is simple and clear. If necessary, the raw materials should be crushed to the size of small sawdust (tirsa) and if it is necessary to pre-dry (the recommended moisture content of the raw material is up to 20%). After that, the sawdust is fed into a roller or screw pelleting press where, like meat grinders, ready cylindrical pellets are squeezed out through a special lattice matrix. Each tree contains an adhesive
